Trip Description:
This is an annual tradition for our family to put out set lines for channel catfish along the Republican River near Oxford during memorial weekend. This picture shows a good look at the different generations that take part in this event. The experienced guy (my uncle), the work horses (me, my brother, and cousins), and my cousins kids that are just learning the craft. We were able to get the kids on some good fish and while we heard a lot of “eew” and “gross”, everyone had a lot of fun!
