she is new to bowfishing so I grabbed my extra bowfishing bow and took her out for a canoe float on Box Butte Reservoir. I am currently the Bowfishing Association of America record holder for mirror carp (22.6 lbs) in Nebraska. after that day my record was broken. she got a 25.6 lb mirror carp. waiting on verificatrion, but im certain she is the NEW record holder. we ended up shooting a total of 7 carp, all over 16 lbs. it was a great day and I love taking new people out to promote a sport I love.
