The Information Technology Department is customer driven and service oriented in order to provide the highest quality technical support. Our team consists of a collaboration of members who value the mission and goals of the agency.
What We Do
Although we all work together on many projects, the agency IT team consists of infrastructure support, data management, application development, hardware and software, purchasing, and business analytics.
- Hardware – Purchase, set up and maintain
- Help Desk – Provide assistance via phone, email, remotely, and in-person
- Software – Purchase, install, and support
- Email Support – Set up email accounts, manage passwords, reset passwords
- Networking – Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure
- Application Development – Develop internal programs and applications in support of the agency
- Data Management – Ensure the security and accessibility of data for all users
- Geographic Information System (GIS) Development – Store, update and maintain geographic information pertinent to the agency; build and maintain interactive maps for internal and public use; spatial analysis
- Website Support – Support the agency’s intranet and internet sites
