Printers can be ordered on your Office Depot order as follows:
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw – This is an all-in-one printer that includes print, scan, and copy. Office Depot Item #7498292 – $TBD
HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw – This is a standard printer with dual-sided copying capability. Office Depot Item #8139797 – $374.59
Submit your Office Depot as you normally would and IT will approve the purchase. Printer will delivered directly to the recipient.
Software
ALL software purchases and renewals (regardless of cost) must be purchased through Information Technology. Software can be defined as anything running on your computer or tablet or is licensed. Examples include but are not limited to mobile apps, widgets, blog themes, add-ons, filters, plug-ins, etc.
Software includes Saas (software as a service). Examples would include MerlinOne, Snap Surveys, Nature Serve and any other software not installed locally.
Software also includes subscription-based software. This includes Adobe Creative Cloud and Autodesk.
